On the other hand - passing from one addiction to another - i’ve just finished a two-day marathon watching Lost series.. i soooo can’t get enough of it. Damned be the day when i saw the first episode ;)))

Hey!
I quit smoking 4 years ago too, from one day to the next. It just sort of spontaneously “didn’t make sense to me” anymore. I just woke up one day, went to the bathroom and so on and wanted to light a cigarette and though, well f*** it, and didn’t touch a cigarette since then anymore! (I was smoking 2 packs of luckies each day for 7 years before that).
Don’t stop, you’re not a smoker now anymore! You’re not an ex-smoker, you’re simply a NON-smoker!!

something similar is what happened to me.
i woke up and i didn’t feel like smoking anymore .. it’s like my brain has forgotten about cigarettes. it came very easy
